We’re seeking an experienced fiduciary professional with strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and a passion for helping clients. You’re detail-oriented, ethical, and thrive in a role where responsibility and accountability matter.

• Manage and administer trusts, estates, and conservatorships

• Oversee client financial accounts and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards

• Develop and execute strategies to meet client goals and legal requirements

• Supervise and mentor fiduciary staff and assistants

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and legal representatives

• Prepare and review detailed reports, tax filings, and court accountings

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred)

• 5+ years of fiduciary, estate administration, or trust management experience

• Strong knowledge of fiduciary law, estate planning, and financial management

• CPA, JD, CTFA, or related designation highly desirable

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Based in Arizona with hybrid work opportunities. Occasional in-person meetings with clients, attorneys, or court representatives may be required.
